Taekwondo and Beyond | Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy for goods lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Since Taekwondo and Beyond primarily provides services, like virtual and physical classes, this policy does not apply to services. We offer free taster sessions to new starters, so if our services do not fit your needs, you are not obligated to make any commitment.

Service-Specific Refund Policy

Services, including scheduled classes or training plans, are non-refundable unless Taekwondo and Beyond cancels the session. Taster sessions are free of charge and without obligation to commit further. For any other service-related queries, please contact us at [email protected]. If Taekwondo and Beyond offers physical goods in the future, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy for Goods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post officially. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellation Policy for Classes

For scheduled classes, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] for any class-related cancellations or to discuss rescheduling options.
